ASTRA by Mindlyft

Agentic System That Runs Revenue Acceleration

The approval and audit layer for AI agents inside your revenue stack

ASTRA turns what a customer call committed you to into actions that actually land, with a human yes in front of every one that matters and a reversible receipt behind it.

What is ASTRA?

In short

ASTRA is Mindlyft's agentic system for go-to-market execution. It reads the commitments in a customer conversation, drafts the actions those commitments imply, holds anything customer-facing or system-of-record for human approval, executes the approved action inside your own accounts, and records a reversible receipt on every write.

The name stands for Agentic System That Runs Revenue Acceleration. It was previously called Navigator. ASTRA is not a separate stack you migrate onto. It runs inside the tools your team already works in, under permissions you scope, and it never writes to a system of record without a person approving it first.

Why does the work after a call get dropped?

On most revenue teams the work a call creates scatters across five tools and survives on one person's memory. Nobody has a free hand to log it while the customer is still talking, so the specifics get remembered instead of recorded, and memory is lossy. By the next pipeline review you are reconstructing what happened rather than reading it.

That gap is where revenue leaks quietly. Not in the conversation, which usually goes fine, but in the follow-through nobody owns.

The loop, in five steps

Every workflow ASTRA runs has the same shape. The order matters, and the approval step is not optional.

  1. Capture

Read the transcript and extract what was promised, decided, and owed. Commitments, not a summary.

  2. Draft

Turn each commitment into a specific action in the right tool. A stage change, a ticket, a recap email, a handoff post.

  3. Approve

Route anything customer-facing or touching a system of record to a person. Reversible internal writes can run on their own.

  4. Execute

Perform the approved action inside your own accounts, with the agent's identity scoped to what you allowed.

  5. Verify

Confirm the write landed, then attach a receipt that names the action, the approver, the time, and the way back.

What a finished action leaves behind

The output of ASTRA is not a document about your pipeline. It is a field that changed, a ticket that exists, a mail that went out, each one traceable.

What makes it different from an autonomous agent?

A gate, not a promise

Autonomy is a setting other tools ask you to trust. Here the gate is structural: the write does not happen until somebody says yes.

Receipts, not logs

Every executed action is hashed, attributable and reversible, so an agent's work can be audited after the fact rather than taken on faith.

Scoped identity

An agent touches only the accounts and fields you granted. Least privilege is the default, not a hardening step.

Your model

Bring your own. The intelligence is swappable; the engineering around it is the part that is hard to replace.

Your accounts

Everything is built inside your CRM, your automation tools, your repos. Cancel and it keeps running.

Cross-tool by default

A commitment rarely lives in one system. ASTRA updates every tool the rep works in, not just the CRM.

Questions

What is ASTRA?

ASTRA is Mindlyft's agentic system for go-to-market execution. It captures the commitments made on a customer call, drafts the actions they imply, holds customer-facing and system-of-record writes for human approval, executes the approved actions inside the customer's own accounts, and leaves a reversible receipt on every write. The name stands for Agentic System That Runs Revenue Acceleration.

Does ASTRA act on its own?

No. Anything customer-facing or touching a system of record waits for a human yes. Reversible internal writes can run unattended, and even those leave a receipt that can be rolled back.

Is ASTRA a CRM?

No. ASTRA is not a CRM, not an outbound sequencer and not a meeting-notes tool. It sits on top of the tools you already run and executes against them under human approval.

How is ASTRA priced?

It is delivered through the Mindlyft membership at 5,995 US dollars per month, flat, billed in 30-day cycles with no minimum term. Unlimited requests, one active request at a time, weekly shipping. The first workflow is free.

What happens to the work if we cancel?

Everything is built inside your own accounts: your CRM, your automation tools, your repos. It keeps running without Mindlyft.

What was ASTRA called before?

Navigator. Older articles and directory listings may still use that name, and some listings carry the misspelling ASTRRA. They refer to the same product.
